Este viaje sólo nos está llevando a nuestro verdadero destino. Donde la plenitud de Su gloria nos espera, atrayéndonos más cerca en cada paso.

No queremos ser distraído y desviado fuera de la ruta, por aquellos que han decidido seguir su propio camino distorsionado.

Hay muchas cosas que podrían desenfocar nuestra visión y pueden intentar desviar nuestra atención, pero si mantenemos nuestros ojos por encima de ellos, nuestros pasos dirigidos permanecerá en grueso.


Mantengamos nuestra mirada por encima de las distracciones y más allá de lo que está en el frente; presionando hacia adelante con vigor, con valentía y con fuerza.Ya que aunque este viaje aves es frustrante, doloroso y oscuro, al final de viaje veremos que la lucha no fue en vano.

OUT OF THIS WORLD

We tend to forget that we are not of this world but simple passing through an uncharted road. 

This journey is only leading us to our true destination. Where the fullness of His Glory awaits us drawing us closer ever step of the way. 

We don't want to be distracted and be detoured off the path by those who have chosen to follow their own distorted path. 

There are many things that could blur our vision and may try to deviate our focus but if we keep our eyes above them, our directed steps will remain on coarse. 


Let us look above the distractions and beyond what's in front; pressing forward with vigor, with courage, and with might. 


For though this journey is trying, sometimes painful and dark, at the end of the journey we will see it was all worth the fight.

Este Es El Motivo Por La Cual Escribo Canciones.....

El mensaje siguiente fue de una joven. Sus letras me toco e alma y le doy gracias a Dios por confiar en mi el talento de escribir canciones.

El motivarme para hacer ejercicio es siempre una tarea difícil, especialmente temprano en la mañana. Yo no había ido al gimnasio en dos semanas y sé que el aflojarme es perjudicial para mi pérdida de peso. Pero perdí mi motivación cuando hice mi última pesada, cuando vi que yo no había llegado a mi meta de tres meses. Pero esta mañana fue diferente. He encontrado una canción que me  levantó el ánimo y me hizo sentir invencible. "Ain't No Stopping Me" de SOLEMN. Me ha dado la determinación y fuerza de voluntad que necesito para despertarme temprano, e ir al gimnasio. Esa canción es justo lo que necesitaba para volver a encarrilar. Las letras son motivadores, la potenciación y el compás es genial para trabajo de cardio.

La canción no sólo me ha motivado a entrenar sino que se dirigió a mi  autoestima y me ayudó a no temer al fracaso. La canción llego a mi mente, cuerpo y alma. Me sentí tan bien después de estar motivada a empujar mis límites sin temor. La canción me ayudó a concentrarme en lo que puedo hacer. Y logre trabajar treinta minutos extra. Este será definitivamente mi tema musical. Yo le recomendaría a todos mis compañeros.

This is the Reason I Write Songs !!!!!

I received the message from a fan and it brought me to tears: this is the reason I write songs!!!

Getting motivated to exercise is always a hard task, especially early in the morning. I haven’t been to the gym in two weeks and I know that slacking off is detrimental to my weight loss. But I lost my motivation when I last weighed myself and saw that I hadn’t reached my three-month goal.  But this morning was different. I found a song that lifted my spirits and made me feel invisible. “Ain’t No Stopping Me” by SOLEMN, has given me the determination and will power I needed to wake up, put on my workout gear and head out to the gym. That song is just what you need to get back on track. The lyrics are motivating, empowering and the beat is great for cardio work out.

The song not only motivated me to workout but it addressed self-esteem issues and helped me face the fear of failure.  The song worked out my mind, body and soul. I feel so good after being motivated to push myself to the limits without fear. The song helped me focus on what I can do. I found myself working out an extra thirty minutes. This will definitely be my workout theme song. I will recommend it to all my workout mates.  

 After reading this I cried then I said. "wait a minute I need to get my act together and start working out again. "AIN'T NO STOPPING US"!!!!!!!!!!!

Un Mar De Lechuga.....

Esto me paso, hoy saque un tazón de ensalada de mi caja de almuerzo para colocarlo en la nevera en el trabajo. En mi apuro, golpeó la ensaladera y todos mi lechuga voló sobre la sala de entrenamiento. Fue un mar de lechuga romana crujientes y verdes. Estaba tan molesta porque realmente quería comerlas y tome tiempo para cortar la lechuga a mi gusto. La clase sólo me miró y todos dijeron 'AWH'. Tomé una respiración profunda y retenido mi decepción y enojo dije, “oh bien no necesito esas calorías de todas formas ".

Bien por la tarde, una compañera  me y dijo, “usted realmente que tomó lo de esta mañana bien, pensé que hubieras maldecido". Pensé rápidamente a mí misma, “Gracias Señor que me ayudaste a mantener en mi jugar”.

Es tu carácter  que impresiona a tus colegas y amigos. Tu no sabes quién está observando tus reacciones en diversas situaciones. Son en esos momentos imprevistos y rápidos donde mostramos nuestros verdaderos colores. Todos tenemos una nube de testigos y verdaderamente demuestran de quien eres. Sólo comparto con ustedes.... A SEA OF LETTUCE

So, today I took out a bowl of salad out of my lunch box to place it in the fridge at work. In my rush, I knocked the salad bowl and all my lettuce flew all over the training room. It was a sea of crisp, green romaine lettuce. I was so upset because I really wanted to eat it and I took time to cut the lettuce just the way I like it. The class just looked at me and all said "AWH". I took a deep breath and withheld my disappointment and anger and said "oh well I don't need those calories anyways".

Well in the afternoon, someone pull me over and said, "You really took that well, I thought you would have cursed".  I quickly thought to myself, "Thank you Lord that you help me stay in check".

It is your character that people are more impress with. You never know who is observing your reactions in various situations. Its in those quick unforeseen moments where we show our true colors. We all have a cloud of witness and they will truly testify of who you are.  Just sharing.... Love yah SOLEMN

El Evangelio va Viral Estoy estudiando la Mercadotecnia de Internet y me di de cuenta que Jesús tenía la estrategia original de alcanzar el mundo. Sin Internet y sólo 12 discípulos, que pueden haber sido considerados personas no cualificadas, menos el que tenía segundas intenciones, hizo un impacto en el universo que resonaría para la eternidad.

Entonces usted dice que no sabe(no conoce) como realizar esta llamado de predicar el evangelio. Es COMPLETAMENTE SIMPLE. Comparta su experiencia con Cristo con alguien más. La palabra de la boca todavía es el instrumento de mercadotecnia más eficaz usado. Use los medios Sociales en el internet para hablar de Jesús y comparte lo que él ha hecho para usted. El mensaje nunca cambia. Las experiencias son diferentes    pero Cristo permanece el mismo.

Gospel Goes Viral So I am studying Internet Marketing and realize that Jesus had the original strategy to reach the world. With no internet and only 12 disciples, who may have been consider misfits, minus the one who had ulterior motives, made an impact in the universe that would resonate for eternity. 


So you say you don't know how to fulfill this call to preach the gospel. IT'S QUITE SIMPLE. Share your experience with Christ with someone else. Word of mouth is still the most effective marketing tool used. How about using the Social Media outlets to talk about Jesus and what he has done for you. The message never changes. The experiences are different but Christ remains the same.

No Sabes Quien Eres?

Vivimos en un mundo que nos pone etiquetas basado en lo que hacemos para vivir o qué escuela asistimos, o con quien estas casado, o qué coche conduces, etc.... provocando que estemos en un frenesí constante, tratando de encontrar la validación de los demás. ¿Te has encontrado tratando de complacer a otros y buscando la aprobación de los que considera como prestigioso? Pues yo si! Muchas veces me puse a buscar la aprobación de esos allegado a mí, a los que admiro. Pero en esa búsqueda de lo que yo llamo ahora "validación falsa', descubrí que no sabía quién era yo.

Mire, cuando entendemos que somos nosotros, ya no tenemos que buscar fuera de nosotros mismos para encontrar la validación. La palabra de Dios dice, "es en Cristo que descubrimos quiénes somos y para que vivimos"...Efesios 1:11 (traducción de el mensaje). Si Cristo vive dentro de nosotros, entonces no hay que mirar fuera de nosotros mismos. Dios tenía sus ojos sobre nosotros, incluso antes de que fuimos pensados. Planes y propósitos de Dios esta establecido para nosotros. Nos escogió como un diseño para su gloria. Hoy mi querido amigo, si no han recibido una palmadita en la espalda o reconocido por su duro trabajo y te sientes y triste al respecto, entonces le animo a buscar tus motivos y entender quién eres en Cristo y en lugar de trabajar duro para impresionar a los demás, trabajar aún más para honrar a Dios en todo lo que hacemos. Trabajar como si fuera Dios. Busca su validación a través de Cristo. Dios piensa que eres bastante chévere!

11 En él digo, en quien asimismo tuvimos suerte, habiendo sido predestinados conforme al propósito del que hace todas las cosas según el consejo de su voluntad, 12 Para que seamos para alabanza de su gloria, nosotros que antes esperamos en Cristo.
